b. Check single frets. Viewed from the front, each fret is straight. Observe each fret carefully. The qualified frets should be bound naturally, straight, and perpendicular to the fingerboard. If you find that the part is bent, inclined, or the part inlaid with the fingerboard fluctuates up and down, or even one end is warped, please note that such fret lines must be repaired, and if they cannot be resolved, try to eliminate them as much as possible.
c. Check whether the ends of the product line are scratched. Spread the thumb and the other four fingers, hold the entire handle with the palm of your hand, let the thumb and index finger touch the two ends of the fret line respectively, and then slide slowly from the 1st fret to the 12th fret. A qualified ukulele will not give people a feeling of being cut, but if one end of the frets is very warped, or the fret feet are rough, it will be very scratchy. If there is, it means that this ukulele is unqualified and needs to be dealt with, otherwise it may hurt the arm when playing.
