When to Expect Your order
\nPlease allow 1-3 business days to process your order, and between 3-7 days for your order to arrive. If the order is not received for more than 20 days, please email us at sale@aiersiguitar.com to review the status of your order.<\/p>\n

For made-to-order products, please find the processing time on the product page.<\/p>\n

International Orders: Discounted shipping rate calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n

Some models require a longer processing time due to different situations, which is highlighted in the product description part. Please make sure to read before placing an order.<\/p>\n

Duties and Taxes<\/strong>
\nFor orders that are placed outside CN, customers may will be charged customs duties & taxes depending on the country the order is shipped to. The charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.<\/p>\n

RETURN POLICY<\/strong>
\nOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and refund, items much be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All returned items must include all original packaging and accessories. Buyers assume responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or not received as described.<\/p>\n

Returned items not adhering to this policy may be subject to a 20% restocking\/handling fee.<\/p>\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

How to Return an Order<\/strong>

\nDepending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.<\/p>\n

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

How to Cancel the Order When Shipment is On The Way
