I bought this case two years ago and everything was ok until the case, with the guitar inside, fell out of my shoulder because I was wearing only one strap and the case is not well balanced for that use.
So, the incident was not dramatic per se but the guitar was heavily damaged, 8 inch crack on the top, big crack. How can it happen? The only plausible explanation is that the rigidity of the fiberglass transmitted the shock directly to the guitar due to the poor ability of absorption of the case, specifically of the inside of the case. In fact, the case is undamaged, only a little scratch on the upper side where is the headstock, which touched the floor .
So, my suggestion is: don’t buy it unless they don’t do improvements on the design.

Not only does it offer great protection for my classical guitar, but it also looks good and has a high-quality feel to it.
