  1. I just bought a used Butterscotch Telecaster style Aiersi for $125 CDN and when I got home and started playing it I just started laughing at how good of a guitar I got for $125. It would take minimal upgrades to make this play as good or better than a Fender, and it would already eclipse a bullet or any other low end Fender..
It holds tune very well. The neck has that ‘baseball bat’ tele feel. The pickups don’t suck, although I haven’t tested them completely. The action is pretty damn good for a $125 used guitar, and It plays nice with 10’s although I’m changing them to 9’s as a twangy Tele should have. Very impressed overall with the playability and light touch on the wallet, not that I’m averse to paying more for stellar guitars, but this is every bit as fun and playable as a $500+ offering.
