In recent years, Guizhou has added 600,000 new urban jobs each year, organized labor exports, and the number of migrant workers outside the province has stabilized at around 6 million, which is called the “Six-Six Employment Stability Plan”.

In addition, in order to allow more Guizhou children to go to college and receive better education, Guizhou Province’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, 154,000 higher education degrees will be added. At the same time, centering on economic and social development, especially industrial needs, strengthen the construction of science and engineering colleges and science and engineering disciplines, and accelerate the development of vocational education. “The money spent on education last year accounted for one-fifth of Guizhou’s fiscal expenditure.” Li Bingjun said.
