This is a nice beginner kit that came with all the parts as advertised! The maple neck was straight with no sharp fret edges. The neck was already well sanded. All it needed was to shape the headstock, final sanding and finish. The neck fit well in the neck pocket with no wobble. The body is made of basswood, so it was easy shape. I put a tummy cut in mine. It was easy to do final sanding and it took finish well.
I can definitely recommend this kit for a first time builder!
