I received my Yulong Guo Chamber Concert guitar today and I am very pleased with every aspect of this amazing instrument. The sound it produces is wide ranging in strength and tonal colour – from forceful and strong to sweet and delicate. This instrument is a true concert instrument with an action of lightness and accuracy. All this is capped with beautiful presentation – bravo Yulong Guo!!
I have acquired the YG Chamber Concert with spruce top recently. I have been playing it for over 2 months now. It still has the original strings. I think it is Savarez 500AJ (carbon), Yulong’s personal favourite. I suspect this is not the best string for it as it gives me a rather short sustain. It is a loud concert guitar and comfortable to play. No doubt, the craftmanship is superb. If and only if I can get a longer sustain, I think it will be my new darling guitar. I’ll be very pleased if other owners could share their experiences with the strings.
I bought this model there months ago and I have never regreted. A very powerful sounding guitar that is worthy every euro (and more). It is ideal for Chamber music with different instruments, reducing the difference in volume that usually you have with violin, flute, etc. It has a nice tone for solo music too and comforts of modern luthiery.

I’ve bought a Yulong Guo Chamber Concert Guitar with spruce top a few months ago thanks to the help of the italian Aiersi’s ambassador, Salvatore Seminara who helped me to choose the right model for me. I’ve been playing this guitar basically every day since I’ve bought it and had the chance to play it during different concerts: I can say that I’m completely satisfied… this guitar has an incredible power and projection of its sound, an amazing response to fingers’ strength variations, and a wide palette of colors and tones. This Yulong Guo model is going to be for sure my main guitar for years to come.

This is my 2nd review as I have owned the guitar for more than a year now. My impression for the guitar have changed considerably since. I found Savarez 500AR suit it very well. Amazingly, the sustain remains long up to the 19th fret.
YG is way better than some Spanish guitars in the same price range, even the slightly higher ones.
