1. I received my Aeirsi Vintage Golden Bell Brass Tricone yesterday (26 March, 2024) only nine days after shipping from Shanghai to South Africa via Fedex. The guitar arrived very well packaged without any damage. The communication from Mr Devon Zhu and Elva Wong was excellent from date of order. The guitar is very well built and I could not find a single blemish on the finish. The setup right out of the box is perfect. I just had to tune up to open D, grab a slide and play the blues. Excellent low end response with tons of sustain. The sound is very smooth, but it has a mean “bite” when you play a loud note. After four hours of hard playing, the guitar was still perfectly in tune without any of the annoying rattles which are typical of the lower quality guitars. The intonation is perfect and the tuners very smooth. To my ears, the sound is fantastic, competing with much more expensive brands. The neck is very comfortable to play. I prefer coated strings and I will change the factory strings. That is the only change I am making to the instrument. This is a solid, quality instrument and well worth the investment. 2. hello, and a huge thank you to sino music and aiersi for shipping my bell brass resonator with the most care possible.
   the setup of the whole instrument is perfect, intonation, slight tweak of the trussrod and everything is perfect.
   the support staff were also super easy to reach. never more than a few hours to receive a response.
   i will always be grateful for these things.
