I was advised delivery would take 40-60 days (I could walk to china and back in that time) but I accepted this.
Once arrived, resonator looked spectacular – this was short-lived when I saw a full-thickness crack in the heel – where the neck joins the body
There was no damage to packaging or case – but I will assume damaged in transit somehow
The response from Aeirsi was to have it repaired – which cost an extra AUD$388 dollars – so the total cost is the same as some of the name brand resonators (Gretsch Honey-Dipper, Republic Resonators, even some Nationals – even Harley-Benton do resonators that are good quality and dont get damaged when in possession of the delivery company for 7weeks)
