In 1916 the Royal Hawaiian Band needed a big guitar and thus the iconic Dreadnought was born.
Accompanying dance bands and Hollywood cowboys in the thirties, the Dreadnought was rebirthed in the fifties by Hank Williams, and then born again on MTV Unplugged in the 1990s. This particular gem from the Aiersi collection is a testament to their amazing production skills. Solid woods, super fine tuners, and the classic eye appeal. The Rosewood back and sides and the Spruce top drops the tone into the body and then projects. Easily playable to the fourth above the octave, the Aiersi Dreadnought provides absolutely smooth and even resonance throughout the fingerboard. A masterpiece.
