Very very nice, FANTASTIC in fact ! It came fast, only a matter of two an a half weeks. Fretts are polished and frett ends are polished too. Intonation, action, balance, finish, parts are all high quality. The intonation is vary surprising, spot on, and the action is right on the money. Vary happy with the purchase, five Stars! ☆☆☆☆☆
I ordered a resonator guitar from Aiersi. I was immediately contacted by an agent who gave me details about the shipping process – very thorough. When the guitar arrived, it was very carefully packaged – i was impressed – and yet when i opened it, the guitar’s neck was broken. I contacted the company and they agreed to send a new neck and to pay for a guitar repair person to fix it. When the repair was complete they paid up with no hesitation. It was a long, frustrating process, but in the final analysis they were co-operative and thorough. The guitar itself plays great, sounds great – all for a decent price. i’m pleased.
