This was the first time I had ordered anything from China. Ms Angella at Aiersa is definitely the person with the answers and follow up customer service. The Harp Guitar took about 3 weeks to arrive. The tracking number I received was accurate and provided status updates the whole journey from China to Texas, USA.
The instrument itself was exactly what I was looking for. Both the harp and guitar are able to tune up. I did replace some of the harp strings to accommodate my style of playing. A Luthier might be able to tweak it a bit however for me if it tunes up, looks nice, and is playable… I’m good to go. Definitely worth my money. Thanks Ms. Angella and Aiersi.
