The SC099A model guitar arrived some days ago in perfect condition. I am very glad that you take so much care in packing these beautiful instruments. This one travelled from east asian monsun region to cold Alaska, to eastern USA and then to Europe, crossing several different climatic regions and temperatur zones, and endured more than 20 hours in probably very dry air at cargo aircrafts on long distance flights. But thanks to the most thoughtful packaging, the guitar arrived just fine. I waited one day before opening the parcel, and some more hours before opening the case. And then again, some more time before finally removing the inner liner. I am very pleased with this fine instrument, and it sounds really good. The volume is well balanced across strings and registers, with strong bases and beauiful mellow tones in the higher trebles (even with the new spruce top). Setup and playability is just perfect. Would surely buy again 🙂
